1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that during high volume periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed.

3. Order Tracking

4. Undelivered Packages
If the carrier is unable to deliver your package due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipping (additional shipping fees may apply) or issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
