1. Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from NPR CIVICAI GLOBAL PVT. LTD.. We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we canG??t offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned due to hygiene reasons (such as used compresses or oils).

• Items must be unused and seal must be unbroken.
• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 to 7 business days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

• Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to our registered address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
